	We design and fabricate shields to improve EMI emissions and RF isolation - usually in less than one week. In this process all the bend locations are half etched with the outline fully etched. The process supports complex designs with repeatable results. Solid cap designs Fence and lid designs Fence with internally isolated cavities and lid Perforated to allow internal component reflow Your shields are fully modeled and documented. After prototyping we proceed to production designs for pick-and-place or post-reflow assembly according to your production processes.
