We specialize at designing in radiated EMI and conducted emissions margin.  If your products struggle for margin, we can help you. 

We judiciously apply sound EMI design principles including:

• Careful component placement to minimize trace radiators
• Impedance matched lines and terminations
• Signal analysis and simulation to identify problem areas
• Ensuring current returns on high-speed lines
• Ensuring the power supply can provide for high speed pulses
• Designing for low inductance power delivery
• Isolating sub-circuits using feedthrough filters
• Including provision for sub-circuit shields (metal cans)

As an example here are recent after and before scans of a product with an embedded 170MHz processor/DSP with external 125MHz SRAM, DRAM, and FLASH.

We redesigned this board with 6dB CISPR10B margin in one spin with no cuts or jumpers.
